Creative workshops for home educated children.

An open art class exploring and responding to the Gallery’s exhibitions and collection displays.
Using different materials and techniques, we provide opportunities for participants to develop their skills and confidence and to meet new people.
The classes are aimed at anyone not in mainstream education, home-schooled children and those looking for a new challenge.
Silver – For ages 13-17
Young Art Force Silver is a development of the ideas explored in Bronze but with a greater emphasis on developing your own unique artistic personality. Within class you will be introduced to a wide range of art media and ideas and be given more opportunity to develop your practical skills as well as your writing and verbal communication skills. Silver participants are offered the opportunity to attain the Silver Arts Award, an accredited qualification.
Please note there is an additional charge of £2.50 per session for those participants wishing to gain their Silver Arts Award.
