This half-term join the gallery’s Learning Team with Artists Anna Barratt and Amy Treharne for a morning of live multi-media art workshops, film, chat and more.
Glynn Vivian Art Gallery’s Children’s Creative Workshops: Live are suitable for ages 6 to 16 and are the perfect opportunity to get thinking, making and creating with two inspirational, local contemporary artists.
Dreaming of a Landscape
This February Anna and Amy will be exploring the gallery collection before helping you to create an imaginary landscape populated with your very own out-of-this-world creatures in this experimental painting/drawing and collage workshop.
What you will need:
- paper
- collage materials – coloured papers/magazines/old books/photographs
- glue
- scissors
- a cardboard box/cardboard
- tape
- small wooden sticks or twigs
- pens
- pencils
- paints
- string or thread OR whatever you have at home
