Ekphrasis is the practice of writing in response to art.
In this workshop, Joshua Jones will lead writers of all abilities through activities on Ekphrasis writing, including responding to artworks in the Queer Reflections exhibition, On Your Face x Glynn Vivian.
Joshua Jones is a queer, neurodivergent writer and artist from Llanelli. He has a BA in Creative Writing from Bath Spa University. His debut collection of short stories will be published by Parthian in Autumn 2023, and he has a poetry pamphlet forthcoming with Broken Sleep Books. He currently resides in Cardiff.
Open to all skill-levels, beginners welcome.
