Phillippa Walter is a professional Printmaker based in Wales who specialises in relief printmaking. The session for beginners will be an opportunity to design, carve and print your own linocut print with expert guidance from Phillippa Walter. This session will provide you with all of the knowledge you will need to start your own printmaking journey.

Phillippa studied and trained as an illustrator for seven years across the UK and Europe. After Graduating and a hiatus travelling she discovered printmaking and has spent the past 6 years developing her skills and building her career as a commercial printmaker. Her work is inspired by her love for The Gower Peninsula flora and fauna as well as everyday life swimming and surfing. Her work can currently be seen in the Aildanio DAC Art Prize exhibition.
