DIY Christmas tree Duck workshop

This year, to celebrate the arrival of Anya Paintsil’s Mair At Cylch Meithrin at the gallery, we are creating our very owned personalised duck plushie Christmas decorations, that you can make from the comfort of your own home. Using sewing, an old sock and lots of imagination, you will learn useful tips, techniques and ideas to help you create your plushie.
You will need to bring:
A large old sock (clean)
Some fabric/felt scraps that contrast or compliment the colour of the sock
A needle that can pierce your chosen fabric
Some thread
Something to stuff the plushie (wool, stuffing, packaging popcorn)
Some buttons or large beads (for the eyes or you can use fabric)
A ribbon
Scissors for fabric
Pen
Other crafty stuff
Hot chocolate and a biscuit
